Reservations at Spa Aeon may be made for new guests online through our Reservation Scheduler, and returning guests may also opt to use the online scheduler, text us at (404) 496-8763, or schedule in person when you are at the spa. 

 

For your safety, the Confidential Intake Form is required, and we recommend completing it in advance to get maximum treatment time.



All reservations require a valid credit card number which is stored in our secure payment terminal. See our Cancellation Policy for more information about this requirement.  You can still use any payment method at the time of service.

Reservations

Your Spa Aeon reservation represents your therapist's commitment of time and care just for you, therefore we need for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel so we may make the time available to someone else.

 

Cancellations and rescheduled reservations inside this 24-hour period are charged the full fee for the service reserved.

 

Your valid credit card number is required to satisfy this commitment in order to hold the reservation.  We use a scheduling and processing service with a full time security staff.  For this reason, it is our strong preference that each client input their own credit card information online, ensuring end-to-end encryption.  You may read more about MindBody's security protocols here

To avoid the late cancellation fee, please cancel on time.

Cancellations

Third party reservations, meaning one person booking a service for another person, are generally not accepted at Spa Aeon.

 

The individual placing the reservation takes full financial responsibility for the service, and is required to reserve each session with a credit card per our Reservation and Cancellation Policies.  For therapeutic skincare treatments, the best outcomes are seen when the individual receiving care is also responsible for maintaining her or his treatment schedule and home care.

3rd Party Reservations

Our insurance carrier requires that we inform the public of the numerous potential safety hazards to children in the spa environment from heated equipment, sharp tools, professional strength products, and devices carrying electrical current that we use in the course of providing services.

 

They do not permit us or our staff to supervise guests' children. So that you are able to enjoy your visit to Spa Aeon without the primary responsibility of providing supervision, we strongly discourage bringing children to your sessions with us.  Additionally, any damage to Spa property, including delicate equipment, is the full responsibility of the supervising adult.  Services scheduled for children under 16 must be accompanied by the child's parent or guardian.  Some mature teenagers receiving acne care may attend their own appointments independently at the discretion of the aesthetician after the first, accompanied appointment.

Children

Spa Aeon's founder, Christine Giustra, has made sourcing and providing maximally effective professional topical skincare part of the fundamental mission of the spa.  The best options we can offer in small-batch, elegantly-formulated professional skincare are made by small companies just like us.  Unlike department store and drugstore brands, the vast majority of the purchase price goes directly into the bottle in the form of abundant active ingredients and effective delivery systems.

 

What's missing are the astronomical profit margins that enable global marketing campaigns and unlimited returns and exchanges like you'd find in mass market stores.  With the exception of certain serums that take prolonged use to show results, we make a practice of using all of our recommended skincare for you during the course of your treatment.  This way we can personally screen for adverse reactions, and make sure you're happy with the texture and format of the skincare you'll be using at home.

 

If there's any question about the texture or experience, we will take the additional step of providing a one-time sample for you to use to ensure that you're comfortable.  With these many safeguards in place, we expect you to be thrilled with your home care experience and results.

 

Professional skincare companies only process returns in the event of documented adverse dermatological reactions that occur within 14 days of purchase, so in the unlikely event of such a reaction, please take photos of your skin reaction and contact us right away so that we can have you return to the spa for evaluation and treatment.

This protocol ensures that we at Spa Aeon, and even MindBody's own employees, will only ever see the last four digits of your card number onscreen.
